A Third Death From Lapeer Township Accident

Another death from the accident that occurred on Clark & Turrill Roads in August. The Lapeer County Sheriff reports that Grace Butterfield age 73 from Columbiaville died (direct result of injuries sustained in this traffic crash) on Monday 09-22-2014 during the early morning hours at Hurley Medical Center in Flint. Butterfield was a passenger on the novelty vehicle steam train.

The other two fatalities from the accident are Janet Lough age 76 from Lapeer a passenger on the novelty vehicle steam train and ejected during the collision. Jeanette Rumptz age 80 of Metamora driver of the other vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene
