Is there anything more frustrating than someone in the left lane on the freeway who's not even doing the speed limit? Road rage is a serious problem in the US, and it's caused be two main things: impatience, improper driving, or a combination of the two.

Michigan State Police are launching a new campaign to educate drivers about how to use the left lane. If you're just cruising along at your own pace, and there's a line of cars a half mile long behind you because you're barely doing the speed limit, do us all a favor and get over!
