AT&T Donates $1,000 to United Way Of Lapeer

AT&T has been a supporter of the United Way for more than 60 years, and this year is no exception. In 2014, AT&T will give $5.33 million to United Ways in the United States. The United Way of Lapeer County was just given a $1,000 as a donation this past Friday!

The United Way of Lapeer County will use that money to help support programs that help right here in our community. The focus of the United Way is organize the caring power of communities to advance the common good. Recent investments into fighting the county's high school drop-out rate, helping change community strategies for Financial Stability, and helping reduce dating violence are just a few of the area's that they help in.
