Aurora Rock – Spaced Out on Today’s Vinyl Vault

Australian space man Billy Thorpe came over here in the late 1970's and had a pretty big hit album with Children of the Sun.  Big enough in fact, it's all he's remembered for here, although he made many many other records and branched off into production among other things.  A very talented guy that was sadly silenced by a heart attack in 2007.  Let's remember him with a spin of what he called his "space opera" today around 5:20pm.  Out of town?  Off the planet?  Listen live on-line.
