It's nothing to smile about. According to the information in front of me from the National Weather Service, Lapeer had the coldest temperature in the state of Michigan this morning. Around 8am at Dupont-Lapeer Airport the temperature was -19. In second place it was a triple tie Marshall, Port Huron and Ann Arbor all reported -18.
