I'm a Flint native. I attended Holy Redeemer High School, and later graduated from Mott Community College with an associate's degree, and the University of Michigan-Flint with a bachelor's degree. I joined Cars 108 in 1985 and became the host of the Cars Classic Lunch in August of 1987.  I took over as Program Director of WCRZ in 1989. I also hold a part-time position at Mott Community College teaching Communications 131, a public speaking class. I am blessed and fortunate to hold two jobs that I love!

The blizzard in New Hampshire has gotten so bad that at least one car actually skidded off the highway, ending up stuck vertically in the air.

Homeless Couple Wins Free Trip to Super Bowl [VIDEO]

Ouida White and her boyfriend Aaron, who live in a homeless shelter in Green Bay, had no idea The Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau was running a contest in which the first person in Green Bay who approached their “mystery man” and asked him “Have you been to Dallas?” would get a free Super Bowl package.

But the pair caught on when folks started walking up to them and asking them this questions. On their fourth try, Ouida and Aaron found the mystery man, and the homeless couple became the big winners.

Protests Swell in Egypt [VIDEO]

Many thousands of protestors took to the streets of Cairo on Friday to protest the long rule of President Hosni Mubarak, who they claim has undermined freedoms of Egyptian citizens while neglecting issues like the nation's suffering economy. The recent ousting of a similarly authoritarian Tunisian leader inspired the revolt.

Military enforcement has been called in by the government to deal with the demonstrators, firing water cannons and tear gas to into the crowds as seen in the below video footage:

Supermarket Shoppers Startled by Surprise Parade [VIDEO]

Shoppers at an Arizona supermarket received quite a shock when a full marching band and other assorted revelers showed up at the store and started parading up and down the aisles.
