I was born and raised in Flint, attending Holy Redeemer High School, Mott Community College, and I have degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Michigan-Flint. I'm also a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving from 1968-1972, and an avid racquetball player that enjoys his workouts at Hurley Health & Fitness Center. I joined Cars 108 and work in multiple roles as Operations Manager and Program Director. I assumed the Program Director role for WQUS (US1031) in 2012.

FAN (Families Against Narcotics) Roll Out a Fundraiser Tomorrow

FAN is your connection for information, resources, and support in the battle against narcotics, and this weekend they are sponsoring a fundraising event at Gerlach's Bowling center in Lapeer. Their mission is to raise awareness of prescription opiate drug abuse epidemic in our community. They hope to reduce the stigma and change the face of addiction, to educate about the dangers of prescription drug abuse and it's potential to lead some to illegal narcotic use and to support those affected by drug abuse or addiction. Proposed Improvements to M-24 Discussed at Meetings

The Michigan Department of Transportation has scheduled an informational meeting regarding proposed improvements on M-24, from south of I-69 to Nepessing Street in the city of Lapeer, and Lapeer Township. It is scheduled in two sessions for Monday, April 7th at 4pm, and again at 5:30pm at the Lapeer City Hall Commission Chambers.
