When John Lennon and Yoko Ono held their week-long Bed-In for Peace in Montreal in 1969 he made a placard that read, "Bed Peace." That sign sold for $155,600 yesterday at Christie's Rock and Pop Memorabilia Auction in London. Also another Beatle item on the block a letter written in 1960 by Paul McCartney offering an anonymous drummer an audition for The Beatles sold for $55,760!
