Billy Squier Fans – Don’t Miss Today’s Vinyl Vault

Capitol Records

The debut album from Billy Squier came in 1980 called “The Tale of the Tape” and wasn’t nearly as big as it’s follow up would be.  As a matter of fact, he drove his car to a handful of radio stations that year handing them out to programmers, ours was one.  I still remember him sitting in the reception area alone waiting to see one of us!  Surreal.  You Should Be High Love was a minor rock radio hit that became buried by the major hits that followed.  Perfect for the Vault!  5:20pm, either on US1031 or live on-line.
