Caregivers Accused Of Murder

Mary Chapman and her granddaughter have been charged with felony murder and venerable adult abuse in the death of 71 year old Joann Christopher who died on the couch of an unlicensed adult foster home in Mt. Morris Township. At the time of her death she weighed 64 pounds.
