A 13-year-old boy reported to the Lapeer County Sheriff's Department that while waiting at the school bus stop on the 3900 block of Skinner Lake Road at 6:30am, a white cargo van (similiar to the one pictured) stopped with headlights pointed toward him, and a man jumped out of the passenger side and began running toward him.
