Celebrating John Lennon’s Life On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

John Lennon fans in Hollywood will be remembering John at his Hollywood Walk of Fame star in front of Capitol Records. Today is 35th anniversary of John's death after being shot outside of the Dakota in New York City. The event will also be addressing gun violence. According to the Los Angeles Times the remembrance organizer and veteran peace activist Jerry Rubin said the event “is not meant as a time for mourning, but more as a time to celebrate John Lennon's life, music and timely 'Give Peace a Chance' message.”
