Classic Comic Character Archie Killed Off In New Issue

The legendary comic book character Archie will meet his demise in a new issue that will be released this week.  The series 'Life With Archie' will end tomorrow (Wednesday) in the final release.  How will it happen?  Archie tries to stop an assassination attempt on his best friend Kevin Keller.  Keller is the first openly gay character in the Archie comic book series.

Archie's final moment will be the courageous act of taking a bullet to save Kevin from an attacker, and that will end the 'Life With Archie' series, which focuses on the grown-up versions of the Riverdale characters.  Archie will, however, live on through other Archie series.
