Colin Farrell Confirms Role for ‘True Detective’ Season 2

Fan of the first season of the HBO series 'True Detective?' We now know who will star in Season 2 of the acclaimed series.

Colin Farrell confirmed the rumors that he will follow Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson in Season 2 of the hit HBO show. Farrell was speaking with Irish newspaper The Sunday World when he confirmed the shooting schedule saying they would be "shooting in the environs of Los Angeles which is great. It means I get to stay at home and see the kids."

There's still no confirmation of who will play opposite Farrell but plenty of rumors. Production for season 2 of True Detective is expected to begin this month for a summer 2015 premier.
