Concert Tonight Celebrates John Lennon’s Birthday And Peace

Today in 1940, John Lennon was born at the Liverpool Maternity Hospital. If you’re looking to celebrate John’s Birthday with other Lennon fans and musical artists? Then take a trip to Ann Arbor and head to The Ark on South Main Streets for “Veterans For Peace John Lennon Birthday Concert” at 7:30 pm.

The concert is a benefit for the Veterans for Peace Chapter 93 scholarship fund. Proceeds will go to scholarships for college students enrolled in an accredited peace studies program and for Iraq Veterans Against The War (IVAW) programs to assist combat veterans suffering from serious trauma.
