Cool Who – Into Quadrophenia on Today’s Vault

Classic Who today from an album thought of, at first, as another "rock opera."  It actually wasn't, nor was Tommy, but collections of songs that were related to the same stories.  Wouldn't "Concept" albums would be a better description?  Anyway, they are cool time capsules to check out every now and again, especially Quadrophenia, which hardly ever gets played anymore.  Odd too, Townshend now says it's the best thing he's ever written.  The Punk And The Godfather is today's track around 5:20pm, on the radio or on-line.
