Curious Canoers, Prairie Walk & Flower Pressing At Seven Ponds This Weekend

Poke around the ponds this Saturday (9/30) at Seven Ponds Nature Center with Curious Canoers at 10 AM. Early Autumn is a great time to look for turtles, frogs and other wildlife as migratory birds make their way south and fall blooming flowers dot the edge of the lakes. Pre-register for this tour by calling 810-796-3200. Take a walk through the prairie this Sunday (10/1) at 2 PM and search for some of the last flowers of the year with Prairie Walk & Flower Pressing. Pick a few of the late blooms to take back to the nature center and do a flower pressing.
