Out just this week are two of David Coverdale's finest sets dating back to the post Deep Purple days when his idea for Whitesnake was still in the embryo stage.  The debut from 1976 ironically titled 'Whitesnake', and it's follow up 'Northwinds', from 1978.  These were actually solo albums that have a softer, blues based sound as opposed to the tougher stuff Whitesnake would do soon.  The folks at Eagle Rock Entertainment have done it again!
