Davision Man Accused Of Murdering Girlfriend [VIDEO]

A Davison man is facing countless charges including first-degree premeditated murder. Brandon Scott Merrow, 28, is accused of running over his girlfriend Tyesha Kemp on June 2nd of this year. 

Reports indicate Kemp was walking along Davison Road around 4:00 a.m. According to Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton, Merrow ran Kemp down as she walked. Prosecutor Leyton told ABC 12 there is a lot of physical evidence in this case (more in the video below).

When authorities arrived on the scene, Brandon Scott Merrow was there along with Tyesha's mother.  Leyton believes Merrow being there was part of a cover-up.
