Davison Man Receives Bogus Check From ITT [VIDEO]

In case you are not aware, earlier this month ITT Tech closed its doors in Swartz Creek. Obviously this left many students screwed. As you would imagine refunds were issued. However, it looks like the 'screwing' continues for Ryan Frost of Davison - his refund check bounced.
