Deadly House Fire In Shiawasee County

Sad news out of Shiawassee County. One woman and two pets were killed after a house fire. 

When fire fighters arrived at the home located on South Lyons Road yesterday, five people including children had made it out of the blaze. Unfortunately Lee Bashant, 42, did not. Two family dogs died as well. I cannot even imagine the horror of a fire. My thoughts are certainly with this family.  A gofund me page has been set up to help with expenses.
