As we suspected, Twisted Sister singer and protector of first-amendment rights Dee Snider is among the celebrities (or quasi-celebrities, depending on your definition) set to appear on the newest installment of Donald Trump’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice,’ premiering Feb. 12.

Joining such luminaries as ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star Teresa Guidice, radio host Adam Carolla, former teen pop queen Debbie Gibson and comedian Arsenio Hall, Snider will compete for the grand prize of $250,000, which will be given to the winner’s charity of the choice. And it wouldn’t be unheard-of for a rock star to triumph on the show — Poison frontman Bret Michaels emerged victorious in 2010.

Seems Dee is making a secondary career of appearing on reality shows — he’ll trade spouses with rapper Flavor Flav on ‘Celebrity Wife Swap’ next week (Jan. 10) as well.

But lest you worry he’s abandoned music altogether, never fear. Twisted Sister gave a memorable concert in New York just last month, during which the band played a lot of the material from their 2006 holiday album ‘A Twisted Christmas.’ Dee even donned a Santa costume, which was later auctioned off for charity.

During his ‘Apprentice’ run, we’re just hoping he’ll give “The Donald” some much-needed hair-styling advice.
