Detroit Tigers Opt To Keep Brad Ausmus For Another Season

Despite missing the playoffs again, the Detroit Tigers have chosen to stick with Brad Ausmus as the manager for next season.

Tigers fans are definitely split on if they wanted Ausmus to return or not.

In his two full seasons as Tigers manager, the Tigers have missed the playoffs.  Detroit did improve considerably this year, but couldn't win the last few games of the season to lock in a wild card spot.

According to ESPN, Ausmus is 250-234 as Tigers manager.  The blame has never fallen squarely on Ausmus shoulders though, as the team has been injured for long periods of his time.

What do you think, should the Tigers have let Ausmus go?  Will he make it to see the end of next season?
