Any respectable dog owner knows that you're supposed to clean up after your pet makes a 'puppy-pie' in public parks and along community bike paths. Sadly it happens more often that you'd think in Hampton, Illinois. Not that dog owners don't clean up their pet-made messes, but that the messes are in fact human made.
