The world's heaviest drinkers are in Europe.  A new report from the World Health Organization reveals people there put away close to three glasses of wine a day.  That's almost double the world average.  The study found that the heaviest drinkers call eastern and central-eastern Europe home. Those in the Nordic countries drank the least of the Europeans.  Still, people in the Nordic nations had a high hazardous drinking score.  That score took into account behaviors such as binge drinking, drinking in public places and drinking that's not part of a meal.  The WHO study concluded a much higher percentage of deaths are linked to alcohol in Europe, compared to the rest of the world.
