I've always loved looking at old late sixties rock star photos; especially in high quality photo books that the actual photographers release.  It gives me a feeling that I have a back stage pass to see what was going on and what the artists were feeling.  An upcoming book may do just that.  Put August 1st on your calendar, if you're interested, for Rolling Stone photographer Baron Wolman's new book "Every Picture Tells A Story - Baron Wolman, The Rollilng Stone Years."

It's packed with 176 pages of unseen photos, text and stories that is sure to entertain any classic rocker.  Jimi, Jim, Janis, Grace, Who, Stones, Dead, Clapton ... you name them.
