The pancakes will be flying at Dryden Junior/Senior High School this Saturday, April 23. As part of their fundraising efforts for the 2017 and 2019 Proms, the Dryden High School Classes of 2018 and 2020 are presenting  an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast. In conjunction with the Dryden Community Schools Fine Arts Festival.

From 10:00 a.m. to noon, Chris Cakes of Michigan, which holds Guinness World Records for the Most Pancakes Made in an Hour and the Highest Pancakes Tossed and Caught, will be on hand with their special (and tasty) brand of entertainment.

A fishbowl raffle will also be held. Prizes have been donated by The Book Shelf, Booms Stone Co., Burke’s Flowers, Castle Creek Golf Club, The Center for the Arts of Greater Lapeer, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, Disney Theme Parks, The Great Escape Room: Royal Oak, The Hair Co., Hotel Royal Oak, Lapeer Country Club, Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail, Lesley Elizabeth, Inc., Massage Green Spa: Lapeer, The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, and Ziebart. Ten raffle tickets will be available for $5.00; winners do not need to be present to win.

Advance tickets are $10.00 each and are available from Mrs. Kim Hudson at Dryden Elementary School or Mrs. Kim Fleming at Dryden High School. At the door, tickets will cost $12.00 each. Children age 2 and under are admitted free. Proceeds will benefit the Dryden High School Classes of 2018 and 2020. To purchase tickets by phone, please call (810)796-2266.
