Foreign Food Preferences Number One Italian

When it comes to international cuisine, Italian is tops.  Nearly half of those taking part in a new FoodNetwork.com poll say the dishes they like best from elsewhere across the globe originate in Italy, with 48-percent calling it their favorite.Mexican ranks second as the foreign food of choice for 27-percent.  Asian fare doesn't fare so well in the poll   Just 15-percent say they really enjoy Chinese food, and only six-percent are voicing a preference for Thai cuisine.  Indian food rounds out the list, with just four-percent calling it their favorite among the foreign flavors.
