Former Saginaw Police Detective Pleads Guilty To Child Porn

Former Saginaw detective, Brent David Vanderhaar of Flint Township, pleaded  guilty to child porn charges after thousands of disgusting pictures were found on his cell phone.

The evidence was found in November of 2015, after Vanderhaar left three SD cards at a McDonald’s Mobile gas station in Bay County's Kawkawlin Township. The cards were found by employees and a manager contacted police after seeing the graphic images.

According to reports,  the images involved two minors, related to him by marriage. How horrific. My heart goes out to those poor kids. Vanderhaar will be sentenced in March. I am quite sure there is a special place in prison for child molesters.
