In 1987 the quiet Beatle got quite an unexpected jolt.  He was on the charts again for the first time in several years with his new album, "Cloud Nine".  A collection some thought was his best since "All Things Must Pass", even using some of those old buddies, including Eric Clapton, to great effect.  You may remember "Got My Mind Set On You", "Devil's Radio" or "When We Was Fab", all helping the album do very well.  Harrison and Clapton share some tasty licks (insert Patti Boyd jokes here) on the title track, a little bluesy rock thing that also got some airplay.  We're doing fine ... on Cloud Nine!  5:20 today on the Vinyl Vault.
