One Groundhog Day CANCELLED … the other?

One of the Groundhog Day festivities is on hold.  Today’s Groundhog Day festivities in Woodstock, NY have been canceled because of the forthcoming snowstorm.  So in other words, Woodstock Willie is officially taking a snow day.  Willie's forecast will be read during the annual Groundhog Day breakfast, postponed until 7:30 a.m. on Saturday in Woodstock.  No word yet on Punxsutawney Phil's plans for appearing on Thursday.  Phil is still planning his 125 year anniversary.
