Imagine spending a nice afternoon at a park with your kids when you hear the wailing of police sirens in the distance. You think nothing of it because the odds of getting hit by a car while at a playground are pretty slim, right?  Not if you were in Syracuse over the weekend.  Police were in pursuit of the driver of a white vehicle, who took a turn into a playground that was occupied with kids and their parents.

One woman screams for the kids to get out of the way, but the car came through so fast that there was no telling where it was headed.  Thankfully it seems that none of the kids or parents were injured.  The chase came to an end when a good Samaritan smashed his own car in the the fleeing vehicle and stopped it in its tracks.
