The horrific train crash that killed more than 80 people in Spain on Wednesday is believed to be caused not by a technical malfunction, but instead by human error. A security camera showed footage of the deadly high-speed derailment just before it was destroyed in the crash.

Last year, the conductor was bragging about how fast he could go on his Facebook page. Francisco José Garzón Amo included in that post this photo of the train's speedometer reading 200 kilometers per hour, roughly 125 miles per hour.

The train was going around a curve with a suggested speed limit of 55 miles per hour when it crashed, but it was actually going closer to 120 miles per hour.
