Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page will release his legendary "Lucifer Rising And Other Sound Tracks" compilation Tuesday. Jimmy wrote and recorded the compositions and experiments in his home studio in the early Seventies, with some of the music targeted for the film "Lucifer Rising". But the director changed his plans and hired Bobby Beausoleil, a member of Charles Manson's infamous, murderous "Family." Beausoleil eventually wrote and recorded the film's soundtrack in prison after being sentenced to life for a 1969 murder. The movie was completed in 1972, it wasn't widely distributed until 1980. Only recently has Jimmy Page exhumed and remixed his original work which will be released on heavyweight vinyl exclusively through his official website.
