Normally its the kangaroo that does the kicking, but not in this case. The Moyers, and Larry and Diane, live just outside of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. They went into a local McDonald's with Jimmy, the youngest of their five kangaroos. Jimmy serves as Diane's therapy pet, as she is battling cancer.

A customer at the McDonald's called the police, and they arrived as the couple was leaving. No charges were filed, and even though Jimmy is Diane's therapy pet, that does not fall into the category of service animal.

Aware of the situation, McDonald's released an official statement that reads, "Our policy is to make our restaurant accessible to all customers, including those with disabilities and special needs." Do you think this couple should have been asked to leave? Should a therapy pet get the same privileges as a service animal?
