Lapeer Church to Host Meet and Greet to Benefit Homeless

A local church is hosting a meet and greet while hoping to help the homeless at the same time.

From 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. tonight, Christ the King Lutheran Church will have a meet a greet at their new location, 148 Maple Grove Road. There will be a variety of appetizers, desserts and refreshments. A small donation of undershirts, underwear and socks for men and women would be greatly appreciated.
