Man Proposes With Help From Police [VIDEO]

There have been several marriage proposals in which a guy pranks his girlfriend while popping the question. We have another one for you, but at least this time the prank has a back story.

A guy from New Hampshire, Matt, met his girlfriend, Samantha, several years ago. They met when they were freshmen in college. They went to a party and got busted for being underage by the police chief.

Back in September, he asked that same cop to help him with this very well done prank/proposal. The police video finally made it to YouTube over the weekend.
