Running for a political office is a huge undertaking.  It takes determination, a good track record, and wet swimsuit?

Minneapolis is in need of a new mayor, and close to 30 people are running for the position.  Some take their campaigning very seriously, and then there's Jeff Wagner.

Check out his political ad that was released on YouTube last week.  The ad is so strange, it starts with him walking out of a lake... shirtless?
