A McLaren Health Care facility is headed toward Lapeer counties east side. The owner of the Imlay City Plaza will appear before the Imlay City Planning Commission on April 22nd for special land-use approval and a preliminary site plan approval for a 36,000 squarefoot medical plaza on the south side of of the shopping center.

The project, expecting to cost about $6 million, is hoping to break ground in May and be completed by October. It will include six physicians offices, including primary care and specialists.
