Michigan and Michigan State Stink up the Court

Both Michigan and Michigan State continued to have difficulty putting the basketball in the hoop last night.  #17 Michigan State lost to #23 Illinois 71 – 62.  Michigan lost their fifth game in a row losing to Northwestern 74 – 60.  Both Michigan and Michigan State continued to demonstrate an inability to shoot the basketball when it was needed.  Michigan State now stands at 12-6, with a conference record of 4-2.  Michigan is now 11-8, 1-5 in the Big Ten conference.
