Michigan Ballers Lose Hearbreaker

Wisconsin Freshman guard Josh Gasser heaved a 23-foot shot off the glass for a game-winning 3-pointer as time expired, silencing the crowd of 11,023 at Crisler Arena as the #12 Wisconsin Badgers beat  the Wolverines 53 – 52 last night.  The Wolverines missed the last six free throws they attempted, which could have helped to ice the game.  Michigan (17-12, 7-9 Big Ten) gets back into action Saturday at Minnesota before finishing the regular season March 5 against Michigan State.
