Domestic violence is an all too common form of abuse. I applaud this woman for standing up for herself and saying something.

A Grand Rapids, MI woman is using Facebook to warn others of a man who she says attacked her and left her with a broken nose, bruised, and bloody.

According to the Facebook post, she was attacked on Friday, June 9th by Aaron Sible. She claims that not only did this man physically assault her, but then called her over a dozen times while she was in the ER. According to the post, the police have not been able to find him.

The Facebook post stated that this man has a history of domestic violence, assault, and has a warrant in Mecosta County for strangulation and domestic assault.

It's terribly difficult and horrifying to come forward and talk about domestic violence. It takes courage and strength to reach out for help. If you or someone you know is dealing with domestic violence please call The National Domestic Abuse Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
