Vince Neil of Motley Crue is no stranger to scuffles with the law — and now he’s back in court, where he’s set to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge stemming from an alleged disorderly conduct incident involving his ex-girlfriend, entertainment reporter Alicia Jacobs, and a pair of her companions at a Las Vegas comedy club.

“Mr. Neil is sorry he raised his voice,” said Neil’s defense attorney, David Chesnoff.

According to the charges filed by Jacobs, the incident occurred March 24 at a casino comedy club, where she and Neil — who had ended a seven-month relationship a few weeks before — had an altercation that ended with Neil poking her in the chest and shouting at two of her friends.

Jacobs, who claimed she sustained a bruise in the confrontation, told reporters, “I’m glad the story is over and the book is closed.”

This is Neil’s second trip to the courthouse in 2011. In February, he served a 10-day sentence for a DUI conviction.
