Multiple Accidents Close I-69 Westbound In Davison Township

Today's snow storm wasn't expected to be as bad as those we've had in the last few weeks. But when you underestimate Mother Nature, you end up with some major problems.

Case-in-point, westbound I-69 was closed this morning just after 10:30am.  The Genesee County Road Commission reports that you can re-enter the freeway at Irish Road.  According to the Lapeer County Press, I-69 is "like a skating rink" in Elba Township, and some Lapeer schools are dismissing students early.
