Neighbor Finds Missing 2-Year-Old Midland Toddler [VIDEO]

Garret Salterr does not consider himself a hero, I think others would disagree. The 63-year-old man joined the search to find a missing 2-year-old Midaland toddler and found him.

The young child was being watched by two relatives at the time of his disappearance. According to reports, the boy was put to bed and the relatives fell asleep as well. Upon waking up an hour later, they discovered the child was gone. Luckily, thanks to Mr. Salterr he was found safe.
