New Jail Inmate Outfit Returns With Retro Look

Saginaw County Sheriff William Federspiel is making a fashion statement. The Sheriff is getting rid of the orange jumpsuits the inmates have been wearing because they have become hip and fashionable. The reason is due in part with the NetFlix hit “Orange Is the New Black”.
