McCARTNEY TO PLAY AT ROYAL WEDDING

Prince William and Kate Middleton will tie the knot on April 29^th, and the pair has recruited a pretty good musician to perform at the event. Paul McCartney is set to play the royal wedding. He’s been asked to do several songs but there is no word on what they will be. According to Spinner.com, McCartney was the Prince’s number one choice to play at his nuptials.

Actor and comedian Steve Martin also plays music and he’s working on a new bluegrass album, one he’s recruited a pretty big named musician to help him out on. Paul McCartney will appear on the record, which is called Rare Bird Alert. It’s due out on March 15^th and you can learn more about it at SteveMartin.com.

Martin is also an author and his new book, An Object of Beauty, is at number 21 on the New York Times Best Sellers List.
