The "Nuthin' Fancy" album from 1975 may have been just that, but how 'fancy' did Lynyrd Skynyrd ever get?  I always thought the title summed up what the band was all about, just great raw southern rock from the gut.  It only produced one hit with 'Saturday Night Special' but was their first really big hit album, proving there was plenty on it to keep any Jack Daniels swiggin' Skynyrd fan happy, like the track 'On The Hunt', which has an infectious, almost hypnotizing riff that you may recall hearing on late night FM radio back in the day.  Let's roll it during the afternoon today!  Out of town?  Listen live on-line.

Ronnie, on stage.
