Owosso Teen Arrested For Concession Stand Vandalism

Christ - don't people have anything better to do? Apparently not. Owosso teen Alex Spach is accused of breaking in to a concession stand, stealing food and trashing the Kiwanis Baseball Fields on Jerome Street.

According to reports he basically ratted himself out after being contacted by police. Spach is being charged with breaking and entering.
