Paul McCartney's special September 11th documentary "The Love We Make: The Concert For New York City" is having its premiere this weekend. The project explores the development of the 2001 all-star event through interviews and behind-the-scenes footage from the concert.  In Showtime's "Behind The Scenes" promo for the film, the former Beatle recalls the need he felt in the days after the terrorist attacks to take action to help with the healing process.
McCartney worked with famed filmmaker Albert Maysles on "The Love We Make: The Concert For New York City."  The film will make its debut on Showtime Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.  Encore broadcasts of "The Love We Make" are scheduled to air Sunday through Thursday, as well as on September 17th and 18th.
